Is this a guaranteed-salary position?+
No. The current pre-launch opportunity is performance-led and based on an indicative staged profit-share model. It does not guarantee a salary, challenge, account or payout. Exact terms are provided in writing before assigned trading activity.
How does the 30% to 50% path work?+
The working framework starts at 30%, may progress to 40% and can reach 50% when defined consistency, conduct, reporting and account-protection criteria are met. Progression is reviewed, not automatic.
Where and how would I work?+
The intended early model is semi-remote and Philippines-focused. Shortlisted candidates may interview remotely or in Cebu, Manila or another agreed city. Working English, reliable equipment and stable connectivity are expected.
What happens after I apply?+
Applications are screened for role fit and evidence quality. Only shortlisted candidates are contacted for verification and interview. Do not send passwords, recovery phrases, one-time codes or trade-enabled API credentials.
