Purpose
We use the information only to assess trader candidates, verify claimed experience, arrange interviews, manage the selection process and document recruitment decisions. Submitting the form does not guarantee employment, a contract, a challenge account, funded status or payout.
Information collected
The application may contain contact details, location and availability, professional history, trading experience, risk process, prop-firm history, scenario answers, evidence references and declarations. Do not submit passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, one-time codes or trade-enabled API credentials. Mask unrelated account numbers, addresses and financial information before sharing evidence.
Legal basis and consent
Information is processed for recruitment steps requested by the candidate and, where required, on the candidate's specific consent. Consent may be withdrawn by emailing the data contact, without affecting processing already completed lawfully.
Storage, access and international processing
Online applications are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Cloudflare infrastructure. Application answers are encrypted before database storage. Access is limited to the Enyo Trade founder and later to specifically authorized recruitment personnel who need the information. Infrastructure providers may process data outside the Philippines or the candidate's country under their applicable safeguards.
Retention
Candidate records are kept for up to 12 months after submission and are then scheduled for deletion, unless a shorter period is sufficient or a longer period is required for an active relationship, legal obligation or legal claim. Unnecessary evidence should be removed earlier.
Candidate rights
A candidate may request access, correction, restriction or deletion, ask how information was used, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, or object to inappropriate processing. Requests should be sent from the application email address to enyotrader@gmail.com. Identity may need to be reasonably verified before disclosing or changing a record.
Decision process
Answers support structured screening but are not intended to produce a final hiring decision without human review. Evidence may be checked for consistency and authenticity. References are contacted only according to the permission selected by the candidate.
